Why I started this weekly reset

Really stressful or bad weeks are all too common. A high workload. Family issues. Whatever the cause, it's not a good feeling to carry over to the weekend.

There have been many times when my problems would follow me into the weekend, tainting my interactions and limiting my ability to disconnect, rest, and restore. One of the things I most disliked about this was not being able to be fully present for myself or my loved ones.

This made me realize the importance of taking a moment to cleanse my mind and find clarity before diving into the weekend. I wanted to offer these FREE classes because I know I'm not the only one who has had this experience, and my hope is that these classes will be that space for you to clear the clutter and help you transition ...

so that you can focus on what truly matters to you!

I invite you to come to these classes with an open mind and heart, willing to let go and hit reset, so you can enjoy your weekend regardless of what happened throughout the week.

I look forward to seeing you.
