These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern my use of the Sosiego website, including all content, products, and services offered on or through the website. By accessing or using the Sosiego website and its services, I confirm that I are at least 18 years old. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Purpose and Binding Nature of the Agreement

This Agreement is a binding legal agreement between I and Sosiego. By accessing or using the website or services, I are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If I do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website or attempt to use the services provided by Sosiego LLC.

Agreement to Participate in Breathwork/Yoga Breathing

I understand that breathwork/yoga breathing is a personal growth experience designed to enhance the quality of life. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. I am responsible for creating and implementing my own physical, psychological, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. As such, I agree that the breath instructor is not and will not be liable for any actions or inactions or any direct or indirect result of services provided by the breath instructor. I understand that this breathwork/yoga breathing activity is not medically supervised, and that my breath instructor is neither a licensed psychotherapist nor a licensed medical professional. breathwork/yoga breathing is not a substitute for any medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

I understand that this breathwork/yoga breathing activity will involve strong, connected breathing and may include guided meditation. It may involve dramatic experiences accompanied by intense emotional and physical responses or releases. I understand that I might find breathwork/yoga breathing physically, emotionally, and/or mentally stressful. I understand that I should not engage in breathwork/yoga breathing while pregnant, as some styles and holds are dangerous for both parent and baby.I affirm that I am in good health and can participate in this activity. I do not have any physical or mental conditions (including but not limited to epilepsy, cardiovascular problems, or issues requiring antipsychotic medication) that would impair my ability to engage in this activity or otherwise endanger my health during this breathwork/yoga breathing activity, or cause any risk of harm to myself or other participants.

Agreement to Participate in yoga nidra

It is my choice to receive private yoga nidra instruction. I understand that yoga nidra can be a beneficial alternative lifestyle practice but is not recommended for everyone. According to some case studies, yoga nidra can reduce stress and benefit those with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Other studies have linked it to improvements for people with trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). However, I understand that yoga nidra is not a replacement for psychiatric or psychological intervention and is not recommended for people with severe mental illness.I acknowledge that yoga nidra and related therapies are not substitutes for medical care, medical examination, or diagnosis. I have informed my instructor of all medical, mental, and behavioral conditions. If any new conditions arise in the future, I will notify my instructor. I understand that there shall be no liability on the instructor's part should I forget to do so.

Agreement to Participate in Yoga/Fitness Physical Activities

I understand that participating in yoga and fitness physical activities involves certain risks, including the possibility of injury, discomfort, or strain. I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate in these activities voluntarily and am fully aware of the potential challenges involved. I have considered my health and physical condition and believe that I am capable of safely engaging in these activities. By participating, I accept full responsibility for my well-being and agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop any activity if I experience discomfort or strain.I acknowledge that yoga and physical fitness activities are not substitutes for medical care, medical examination, or diagnosis. I have informed my instructor of all relevant medical, mental, and physical conditions. If any new conditions arise in the future, I will promptly notify my instructor. I understand that my instructor cannot be held liable if I fail to disclose any pertinent information or if I choose not to notify them of new conditions.

Methods Used: Description of Techniques Used During Sessions

During sessions, a variety of techniques are employed to promote overall well-being and personal growth. These methods may include, but are not limited to, breathwork, yoga postures, meditation, and guided relaxation practices such as yoga nidra. Each session is tailored to meet both individual and group needs, integrating ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices. The approach is holistic, aiming to support physical, mental, and emotional health, and is designed to facilitate personal self-improvement and relaxation. Additional techniques may include emotional release, pranayama, and other yoga and meditation methods and exercises.Nathalys is a certified yoga teacher with training in vinyasa yoga and flow yoga from Frog Lotus Yoga International®. She is also certified as a yoga nidra trainer by Arantha Yoga® and as a breath instructor by the YOGABODY Teacher's College®. Nathalys holds a degree in modern languages and has extensive expertise in adult training, research, teaching methodology, event coordination, public speaking, and engaging with diverse communities.

Integrated Wellness Services

Sosiego LLC is pleased to offer integrated wellness services to organizations and clinics. By engaging in these services, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Training Sessions, Workshops, and Retreats: Sosiego LLC provides a range of services, including training sessions, workshops, and retreats, tailored to meet the specific needs of each corporate or clinic partner. Sosiego LLC will work collaboratively with the partner to schedule these services and ensure they align with the partner's objectives.

Payment and Financial Arrangements: Sosiego LLC is committed to transparency in financial matters. If the proposed payment terms do not meet the partner’s requirements, Sosiego LLC is open to discussing alternative solutions. This may include adjusting payment schedules or customizing programs to fit the budget while maintaining the quality of services.

Cancellation Policy: Sosiego LLC understands that cancellations may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The partner is requested to provide reasonable notice for any cancellations. Sosiego LLC will consider fair compensation for time and resources invested in preparation. This policy aims to handle cancellations smoothly and uphold a positive working relationship.

Publicity and Marketing: With the partner's consent, Sosiego LLC may feature the partner’s logo and related materials in promotional efforts. This helps highlight the successful collaboration to broader audiences.

Terms and Conditions Review: The terms and conditions outlined here are subject to Sosiego LLC's standard terms, available on its website. These include liability and disclaimer statements pertinent to all services provided by Sosiego LLC.

Delivery of Services: Sosiego LLC is dedicated to delivering high-quality services as agreed. This includes adhering to schedules and maintaining open communication to ensure a seamless and professional experience.By engaging with Sosiego LLC, the partner agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges understanding and acceptance of all related policies.

Group Rules for Online Yoga Programs

By participating in Sosiego LLC’s online yoga programs, I agree to adhere to the following guidelines to foster a respectful and supportive environment for all members. First, I commit to communicating with fellow participants and instructors in a respectful and constructive manner. I understand that offensive or derogatory language, personal attacks, and disruptive behavior are unacceptable and may lead to my removal from the group.

I also agree to respect the privacy of other participants by not sharing personal information, videos, or images without explicit consent. I recognize that all content shared within the group is confidential and should only be used to enhance the collective experience.In addition, I will provide feedback in a positive and constructive manner. I understand that while feedback is valuable, it should always be offered respectfully and with the aim of promoting growth and improvement.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that consistent attendance and engagement are crucial for my own progress and for maintaining the integrity of the group’s discussion.

Yoga/Fitness Informed Consent

Health Risks and Benefits: Participation in yoga or fitness activities involves inherent risks and benefits. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program.

Client Acknowledgment and Agreement: Clients acknowledge the risks and benefits associated with the services provided and agree to assume responsibility for their participation.

Sales and Payments

All Sales Final

I understand that Breathwork/yoga breathing and yoga nidra classes, packages, and all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Purchases can only be used during the agreed-upon validity periods.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for missed or canceled sessions unless under exceptional circumstances. These circumstances may include:

Medical Emergencies: Serious health issues that prevent me from attending.
Financial Hardship: Unexpected financial difficulties impacting my ability to pay.
Family Emergencies: Urgent family situations requiring immediate attention.

I acknowledge that documentation may be required to support my request for a refund or rescheduling. In such cases, I may reschedule my session or discuss alternative arrangements. If a refund is necessary, Sosiego will review it on a case-by-case basis.

No Refunds After Session

I acknowledge that no refunds are issued once a session has been completed, and that if I have concerns or issues with a completed session, I should contact Sosiego directly to discuss how the situation can be addressed.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

I understand that I can cancel my membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, I accept that I must submit my cancellation request at least 7 days before my next billing period begins. This ensures Sosiego can process the cancellation in time and prevent future charges.

Immediate Access Termination

Once I cancel, my access to membership benefits will continue until the end of my current billing cycle. I acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current cycle.

Refund Policy

Sosiego does not offer refunds for membership payments that have already been made. Refunds for the remaining days of the billing cycle are only available under special circumstances, which include:

Medical Emergencies: Serious health issues that prevent me from using the membership.
Financial Hardship: Unexpected financial difficulties impacting my ability to continue with the membership.
Family Emergencies: Urgent family situations that require my immediate attention and affect my use of the membership.

If I believe I have a valid reason for a refund, I understand that I may contact Sosiego directly. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required to support my request. Dissatisfaction with services or personal preferences does not qualify for refunds.

Reactivation

I understand I may reactivate my membership at any time. Reactivation will start a new billing cycle on the day I reactivate, and I will be charged accordingly.

Client Responsibility

I agree to manage my appointments and adhere to the policy. Failure to do so may result in the full session fee being charged or the session being deducted from my membership plan.

Changes to the Membership

I understand any changes to my membership plan (such as upgrading or downgrading) will take effect in the next billing cycle. Immediate access to new features will be provided if I upgrade, and the price difference will be adjusted in the following billing cycle.

Note on Dissatisfaction

If I am dissatisfied with the services or styles provided, I understand that I may let Sosiego know. I also understand that, while Sosiego cannot offer refunds or cancellations for dissatisfaction, Sosiego is committed to working with me to address my concerns and ensure a positive experience throughout the remainder of my billing cycle. I acknowledge that Sosiego will do its best to find solutions that work for me.

Early Termination Fees

I understand there are no additional fees for canceling my membership early.

Session Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I understand that I can cancel or reschedule my session up to 24 hours before the start time, which can be managed by logging into my account on Sosiego’s website. I acknowledge that to do so, I simply open my account, navigate to the upcoming sessions section, and choose the option to cancel or reschedule my session. Alternatively, I can cancel or reschedule by providing Sosiego with at least 24 hours' notice. I understand that changes can only be made up to 24 hours before my scheduled session. I accept that cancellations or rescheduling will not be possible after this period and that this policy helps Sosiego manage its schedule effectively and offer the time slot to other clients.

Late Cancellation or No-Show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or no-shows, will incur a fee equal to the full session fee. This fee compensates for the reserved time and any inconvenience caused. Alternatively, if I have a membership plan, the session will be deducted from my plan.

No Refunds After Session

Refunds are generally not provided for missed or canceled sessions unless under exceptional circumstances. These include:

Class Size

Private sessions are exclusively one-on-one, allowing for a personalized experience tailored to my needs. For group classes, the teacher will determine the maximum class size to ensure a quality experience for all participants.

Start/End Time

Class start and end times are fixed. If a student arrives late or needs to step away in the middle of class, the class will still end at the scheduled time.

Rights Reserved to Refuse Service

Sosiego LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual who demonstrates disrespectful or offensive behavior toward the instructor or raises valid concerns about the safety of the student, Sosiego, or others involved. This includes, but is not limited to, potential harm or risks associated with the service.

Warranty: No Guarantee of Results

Sosiego LLC offers wellness services and programs intended to promote health and well-being. However, there is no guarantee of specific results or outcomes. The effectiveness of individual techniques or sessions may vary based on personal factors such as health condition, commitment, and adherence to recommendations. Sosiego LLC does not warrant or guarantee particular results. Services and programs are designed to support well-being, but success depends on factors beyond Sosiego LLC’s control.

Acknowledgment of Health Conditions and Disclaimers

I understand that my yoga instructor is not a clinician and cannot treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, illness, or injury. I acknowledge that I should participate in classes only with the approval of a trusted medical professional and follow my doctor's advice.

Medical Insurance Not Accepted

I understand that I am responsible for all charges related to the services provided. Sosiego LLC does not accept medical insurance coverage, and I agree to pay for services in full prior to the commencement of services.

Disclaimer: Emphasis on Medical Advice and Risks

I acknowledge that yoga and its related wellness services, including gentle yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, breathwork/yoga breathing/pranayama, meditation techniques, yoga philosophy, and relaxation practices such as yoga nidra, are designed to promote overall wellness, flexibility, joint mobility, and stress reduction. Each session may vary and include simple, gentle, and active movements, warm-up exercises, and various breathing and relaxation techniques. I am responsible for listening to my body and monitoring my condition throughout the session. Should any pain or discomfort arise, I will cease participation and inform Sosiego immediately.I understand that yoga and its related wellness services are not substitutes for medical care, medical examination, or diagnosis. I have informed Sosiego of all medical, mental, and behavioral conditions, including pregnancy. I acknowledge that if I am pregnant, certain poses and breathing techniques may need to be avoided for my safety. It is my responsibility to inform Sosiego of my pregnancy and adhere to any modifications or restrictions provided. If any new conditions arise in the future, I will update Sosiego accordingly. I agree that Sosiego shall not be liable if I fail to do so.In the event that medical clearance is required, I agree to consult my physician and obtain written permission prior to participating in any program.

Disclaimer: Customized Wellness Yoga Plan

The customized yoga wellness plan provided is designed to guide private instruction sessions and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. I acknowledge that I am responsible for tracking my progress and providing feedback during sessions to inform adjustments to the plan. I understand there are no guarantees regarding the outcomes of the practices included in this plan and that the plan is intended solely for use during sessions; I may apply what I learn to my own practice if I feel confident. This plan does not replace professional medical or mental health treatment. Clients with serious health issues should consult a licensed medical or mental health professional. Updates and modifications to the plan will be communicated via email, which takes precedence over any printed materials. Changes may include adjustments to session frequency, content, intensity, or wellness goals. I understand Sosiego’s founder and staff are not medical professionals, and recommendations are based on yoga knowledge rather than medical advice. Clients should seek medical guidance from licensed professionals for any health concerns.

Liability Waiver: Release of Liability for Any Injuries or Issues

I take full responsibility for my health and any illness or injury that may occur during participation in the movement programs, including gentle yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, breathwork/yoga breathing/pranayama, meditation techniques, and relaxation practices such as yoga nidra. As well as lifestyle practices rooted in yoga philosophy. I agree to release Sosiego LLC from any responsibility or liability for injuries or issues arising from participation in these sessions and methods.

I will not hold Sosiego LLC, its instructors, employees, or affiliates responsible for any accidents or illnesses that may occur during practice.I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sosiego LLC, its directors, employees, and beneficiaries from and against any and all claims, expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of my participation in these activities. I waive and release Sosiego LLC, its instructors, Nathalys Puerta, and/or any assigns or beneficiaries from any and all claims, costs, liability, and expenses for any injury, loss, or damage, whether known, anticipated, or unanticipated, arising from my participation in these sessions.

I understand that participating in online classes offered by Sosiego LLC involves certain risks, including but not limited to, potential technical issues, risks associated with virtual interactions, and the need to practice in a safe environment. By participating, I agree to release Sosiego LLC, its instructors, and any affiliated parties from any claims or liabilities arising from these online sessions.

Liability Waiver and Informed Consent for Online Classes, Programs, Retreats, Online Programs, Webinars, and Zoom Live Classes

By participating in any online classes, retreats, online programs, webinars, or Zoom live classes organized by Sosiego LLC, I acknowledge that my participation involves certain inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, technical issues that may arise during virtual interactions, physical exertion required during classes, mental stress related to the demands of the programs, and potential exposure to other participants and their experiences.

I understand that despite Sosiego LLC's best efforts to provide a safe and supportive environment, these risks are a natural part of the activities offered.I agree to release Sosiego LLC, its instructors, and any affiliated parties from any claims, injuries, or damages that may arise from my participation in these activities. This release covers all potential claims and liabilities, including those resulting from accidents, health issues, or any other issues that might occur during or as a result of my involvement in Sosiego LLC’s programs and services.

Additionally, I confirm that I have provided accurate and complete information regarding my health and any pre-existing conditions that may impact my participation in the offered services. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am in suitable health to engage in these activities and to practice in a safe environment.

By participating, I consent to these terms and acknowledge that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Informed Consent. My participation indicates acceptance of these conditions and an understanding of the potential risks involved.

I understand that participating in in-person and group classes with Sosiego LLC involves physical activity and associated risks. I agree to release Sosiego LLC, its instructors, and any affiliated parties from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from my participation. I have informed the instructor of any medical conditions, and I agree to follow any modifications or restrictions provided. I also understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my own condition and discontinue participation if I experience any pain or discomfort.

I understand I am welcome to request access, transfer, correction, and deletion of my personal data from Sosiego at any time. If I wish to exercise my rights or make a request, I will contact Sosiego at sosiego.info@gmail.com. Sosiego will promptly respond to my request.
