After years of assisting trauma survivors and promoting equity and inclusion, I've come to realize that there is a universal need for healing and for the practical tools required to achieve it. And so I provide personalized wellness programs designed to help bring serenity and balance into your life.
My approach to wellness is holistic, integrating yoga training with a rich cultural perspective and effective teaching methodologies. My background includes 200-hour certified yoga training in vinyasa flow, specialized certification in breathwork and yoga nidra, and an international degree in modern languages and didactics.

Also known as "pranayama," this practice is a series of mindful and controlled breathing techniques that are rooted in scientific understanding.
It's about breathing in a way that helps reduce stress, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, balance mood/energy, boost digestion, and enhance mental focus.
Yoga postures, or "asanas," involve stretching and toning muscles to improve posture and enhance the body’s natural functions. Each pose is not only a physical exercise but also a way to practice focus, discipline, and mindfulness. The ultimate goal is to prepare the body for deeper states of awareness, stillness, introspection, and relaxation.
Yoga nidra means conscious sleep. It is a form of systematic rest and internal observation where the individual enters a state of complete physical and mental relaxation, allowing for deep healing and positive change in habits, tendencies, and sleeping patterns. It is said that one hour of yoga nidra can have the same benefits as four hours of sleep.
